"Buyer be warned. One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I had them replace my screen. Immediately after my battery expended, had to wait for them to get a new battery. After that the screen wasn't working properly, they told me they were ordering a new one and kept calling them as they don't call you, they always have an excuse "ups driver broke down" tried calling them over 10 times to see if it's in, they don't pick up their phone. So ended up charging it back this has been a 3 month process. I've also reported them to the Arizona AG office and reported their parent company to the FTC."

"They did a horrible job getting my phone back to me. First it was 2 or 3 days and then they needed parts and it was just one excuse after another. They forgot to put my sim card back in and i asked the guy when i was picking it up abt the simcard he said he didnt see one and then he came running out of the store with the sim card and put the sim card in my phone in the parking lot. Im thinking he left the sim card out on purpose because i was trying to tell him i shouldnt have to pay full price cause i waited so long to get the phone, then i paid full price and the sim card appears like magic UPDATE: see their reply? I call the number (answering service) and they dont even answer the phones for them anymore WORTHLESS!"

"Ryan and Jason are good at what they do. My broken phone took a couple of days to fix everything, but it ended well. Lots of customers complained while I was there that calls don't get returned. Maybe they need a 3rd person for support. Rob"

"My Samsung phone died and wasn't take any charges yesterday. I was truly desperate because I was waiting for important email in related to work. I went to AT&T store and they couldn't help him so I was even more desperate by then. I knew about Asurion but I had never used them. I went to the one on Shea Blvd. (8776 E Shea). I explained my situation to technician which his name was Jason. He said he look into it and I can pick it up late afternoon or tomorrow morning. I told Jason, I need my phone now because I am waiting for important email. He took my phone and start working on it as I was waiting. It took him couple hours but he fixed my phone and had my phone before end of business hours. I am sincerely grateful to Jason for fixing my phone in very short notice. I give Jason "5 stars" without hesitation."

"The reason for the two star review is we stopped by three times in one day to pick up our laptop..the first time there's a sign on the door went to lunch be back in 20-30 minutes so we stopped by a few hours later now there's a new sign on the door says went for parts be back soon ..we are a meal stopped by again still no one there. So I called and left a message explaining we need to find out what time we can pickup the laptop because we were leaving the next day for Pennsylvania...we waited till noon the next day no one returned my call so we made another stop and this time some one was there..all these stops were within the posted business hours ..no apology was offered.. I would be unlikely to use this store again. At least they did do a good job on the repair"
