"Worse company ever to get help from.....don't ever get a loan from them...they are in some kind of dam deal with these car lots, I think because when something happens to a car nobody wants to be responsible but they still want their money or they will try & sue u! I think they're in some sneaky stuff with car dealers because once u get fed up & want 2 return car for things wrong they offer u a service plan & add it 2 loan but yet they wont let u turn car in without suing......(then for those who do turn car in u still get sued) they make money off loan u still got to pay, they get car back & it starts all over again with some other customer ....they said my car wasnt in a accident before i found it was, ...rims were bent no air bags and it's nobody's problem now but they still want me to pay & dealer said not there problem & BHFC says not there problem but your still dealing with a lying dealer ....then l asked BHFC well where do i turn car in at? U can have it.... they SAID WE'LL take U 2 court . I said youll have THE car & payments i made already & u still want me to pay for a unsafe car? He said i tried to offer u a loan to fix car.....im telling u bad bad company....& supposibly the manager i talked to Was very unprofessional, sounded like he was asleep or half asleep & food in his mouth & all kinds of noise in the background like he was watching t.v..... I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!"

"Please BEWARE of this place!!! I wish I could give ZERO STARS!My husband financed a car from this place he had the car for almost 3 years. Something came up and he was less than 30 days late on his payment and they came and took the car. Even though he had previously called and told them when he was going to pay and they said it was fine. SMH When my husband called and told them he was able to make the payment that was u see 30 days past due and the payment that would be coming they told him in order to get the car he had to pay the full remaining balance. These people let you pay majority of the car off and then find any reason to come and take it. I also believe they have trackers on the car!!! If you need help financing a car BHFC FINANCIAL is NOT the way to go."

"Cosigner said they had rights to the car and tried leaving out of state with it. Explained it to the loans worker, but they would not provide me the information to show the police. Cosigner had taken all paperwork. Was able to find the car and paid the towing. I explained that if they can't help me I can not keep the car. Had to voluntarily surrender so it did not get stolen again."
