"We have been with AC by Jay for over 20 years. From the first service of the cooling/heating check-up we had they have been truly amazing — also the same with the plumbing services. Every technician has been excellent, very knowledgeable and efficient. Kelly, the owner, everyone in the office and the appointment schedulers are very accommodating, understanding and kind. I cannot recommend AC by Jay highly enough."

"I just cancelled my membership with this company. Believe all the negative reviews. There is absolutely zero communication with dispatchers and technicians. If you have an appointment, they won’t tell you what time. We have reason to believe they lied about going to our home the first appointment and we never received any notification from them. Then they scheduled us for 2 days later saying someone would come out between 12pm-1pm. They promised us a 30 minute notice of when they would show up because we are currently not living at our home. Never received a notification. We waited for them from 12pm-2pm while 3 different dispatchers led me on and told me a technician was “on his way”. We pay a monthly fee, it’s clear they have just been milking us and have no interest in providing us services."

"Called them and they were out the next day and gave me an option to repair our unit and an option to purchase a new unit. Liked the value of the new unit option and it was installed the next day. Everyone was very professional and the installation went smoothly. The area was clean when finished and the old unit was taken away before they were don. Great job!"

"Brian had been out previously to do our annual inspection and maintenance and recommended some changes to our electric panel. Once we made a decision on what we wanted to do, I called to schedule the service. There was some question about what was actually estimated and what we were asking for, but once that was resolved, they were able to get the special breakers they needed and got the job done. We are very happy and, as always, we highly recommend AC by J!"
