"Quoted price to replace garage opener was very, very high - like shockingly high They claimed it was due to covid. Started to come down when I told them not today. They wanted to know the price I wanted to pay. Later started coming down a lot more in price but still very high. oh and after they did a quick inspection and quote the tech needed me to sign all kinds of docs on his tablet. Most you can "refuse". I will use a different contractor."

"The quality of work was good, but the total cost was outrageous. The same unit (Lift Master) anywhere else was half what I was charged, even though I questioned the price at the time due to needing a new unit (Genie) at the time. Unfortunately if I wanted my garage door to work that day I needed to pay their price. My suggestion is to get a second opinion if time allows for this."

"Fist I’ll start by saying that the guys that came out were excellent and professional. I called to get a quote on a smart garage door opener. They would not give me a price and insisted on having someone come out. I told them I didn’t want to waist anyone’s time (including my own) but they said it was no problem. They showed up and quoted me $400 installed for the same until I had saw on Amazon for $79. I declined service and felt like my time was waisted. Had a good experience when this company was precision but will not use them as elite again. Again the guys that came out were perfect."
