Initially, I thought it was possibly a connection issue until one representative said, “we don’t work on those.” *CLICK* WOW!! Super professional!! That’s insane. I called back because there’s no way an LG repair company doesn’t work on an LG product, right? WRONG!! They DO NOT WORK ON ALL LG PRODUCTS!! However, and this is hilarious, they are willing to “diagnose the problem” with your LG product that they do not work on, via FaceTime/telecommunications for $3 a minute for a minimum of 15 minutes. Because that’s helpful? The app has already informed me of the issue I just needed a technician for repair. Highly recommend LG customers look elsewhere. This call center feels like an absolute scam."
