"I called them to fix a toilet issue at a house that I am a caretaker of for an elderly couple in their 90s. They sent me a text saying that they would be arriving at 3:30. 5 o'clock rolls around and they still haven't arrived. I call the plumber directly and he tells me that he had to go on another job and they will be sending another plumber out shortly. They didn't show up until 8:30 and on top of that they double charged an elderly couple for 2 toilet lines when there was only one toilet line with no remorse at all. I called on three different occasions to get some of the money refunded for this elderly couple and they tried to act like they cared, but they don't. #1 - They showed up 5 hours late #2 - They double charged an elderly couple for two toilet lines when there was only one #3 - Customer service line doesn't care In my opinion, If you are a business that has no issue with taking advantage of elderlypeople, then you shouldn't be a business at all."

"Plumbers were very professional and kind - however, the pricing was considerably higher than other companies (> 2x for a sewer re-pipe). I contacted the company from their web page which advertised a $33 drain unclog service, however, I paid $47 for the unclog and $228 for a video inspection that was incomplete. I was told that I didn't specifically request the $33 advertised deal - why would I have thought that was necessary. A second plumbing company completed a complete video inspection as part of the initial assessment/quote (no charge). Needless to say, I am going to contract the other company"

"Sunday night, I had water pouring into my house from the main drain. I was able to get it to stop and called Rooter Rangers to have them come out Monday to snake the clean out. The plumber did not call or text ahead to let me know he was on his way. And after 5 minutes, comes back inside to tell me my house does not have a clean out. Every house in my neighborhood was built the exact same and every house has a clean out. He told me it would be $200 to unclog my drain. I refused and advised that I would locate the drain under my rock and call them back out. Found the clean out, as expected and I called last night to have a plumber come out first thing this morning. Did I mention that this is day 3 now… we can’t do dishes, do laundry and showering is a little sketch. Cuz the tubs fill up pretty quickly. I have called their office 4 times today FOUR…I get the same response every time. “We are so very sorry! We are escalating your issue, someone will call you right away.” Ya. No call. I think this business might be a front for laundering. I’m very sad. I am very frustrated. What happened to just basic integrity and caring about people? UPDATE A few weeks after all was said and done, Jordan of Rooter Ranger sent me a check to cover my expenses that I had paid out to get my plumbing fixed. it truly showed me how much he cares about the customers and the company. it truly meant a lot to me how far he went out of his way to make things right. I will give them a second chance the next time I need a plumber. thank you!"

"I don't normally post but this service was so exceptionally bad it needed to be shared. I'll start with scheduling, which was a mess. They use a call center who dispatches technicians. I was told I'd have a technician show up during the 4 hour time frame that I had scheduled for. Day 1 - 4 hour time frame came and went, no one showed up. I call back & ask what's going on. They rush someone out. Technician shows up and does not know how to take apart the shower that I requested service for. He calls supervisor 4-5 times. They tell me a part is needed and quote me, say they will need to come back another day to do it. Fine. I schedule for the next day. They leave the water to the house off and leave. I go outside, turn the water to our house back on, and realize the shower is now spraying max blast and unable to be shut off. I call back and say hey - this is much worse than not having hot water. Please come fix it. They assure me they will have someone out the next morning. Day 2 - Again no one shows in the 4 hour time frame. I call again. They say I'm not on the schedule & I'm scheduled for the following day. I am fed up at this point and need to be at work. Just say whatever, we will go without water today and turn it on when necessary. Day 3 - They give me my third 4 hour time frame. Here's a shocker... Again no one shows. Ended up calling a different company to come out who gets there quickly, diagnoses the problem, fixes it same day at a fraction of the price. The best part is... The part they recommended I replace was working fine. 0/5 stars, would not recommend this company to a friend or enemy."

"We called Rooter Ranger out for a clogged bathtub drain. Cody was our plumber and was so kind and helpful! We thought we had a huge problem on our hands and it turned out to not be a big deal at all. We really appreciate the service and honesty of this company. They are priced really fair and offer professional expertise! Will 100% use them for anything in the future. Thanks guys!"
