"We used Appliance care and repair for a repair of a freezer ice maker in an Airbnb. They replaced one part only to discover it still never worked. They replaced another part and that only worked for a few weeks. The biggest issue I have with this company is their scheduling. They just show up vs call to work out a time that works for the customer. This is an Airbnb, we have guests coming and going. Twice now they have just scheduled themselves and just shown up. Once - luckily the property was vacant, the second time being this morning it was not and fortunately I was able to call and tell them not to go in and schedule for a time that works for our business. Not to mention these technicians have the code. Their incompetent scheduling could have cost us hundreds of dollars if not the entire booking which was a couple thousand had they just walked into a booked Airbnb with no notice to the guests. If they would not be doing warranty work for free, I would not use this company again. Better off replacing your appliances than paying several hundred dollars to deal with this AND still not have a working appliance."

"This company came end of January set up by the home warranty for an oven that would not ignite , a newer GE oven less than 3 year old gas stove . I was not present when the tech showed up I had guest in a the unit and they did not give proper heads up. So apparently he said he needs to order the part but then went to his truck and 15 min later it was apparently fixed "temporary" and that is how long it worked. Next guest were was able to use it 2 times and then it stopped working again. I tried to call to set up a recall to explain that no one came with the bran new part that was supposed be to be ordered they wanted me to pay again because it was few days after the 30 days mind you no one used it and they never used the proper part. They decided to close the order without my approval. Be careful when they come and say they need a part but then don't come back to relace with proper."

"Gabriel was an amazing help from start to finish! He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue our tenant was experiencing with their microwave, and he continued to update us on ordering the parts and getting this scheduled at our earliest convenience. Thank you Gabriel, YOU ROCK!"

"Amazing! 1st appointment in just 2 days. On time, took 10 minutes to assess the problem, and order the parts. Said it would take a week for the parts to arrive. 5 weeks later the parts finally arrived. Scheduled 2nd appointment immediately. Arrived on time and the refrigerator was fixed quickly. Clean, quiet, efficient, and the ice maker has worked great. I would definitely ask for them to fix any future problems I may have with any other appliances in the future."

"Very easy to schedule and great communication before the appointment. There was no fix for the issue we were having (which they warned us about when we called), but it was still helpful to have them check the fridge over and the price was very reasonable. The technician even have some advice about our dishwasher while he was here! I will definitely call again if we have any other appliance issues."
