"The Samsung unit is only 3 years old and stopped working at Christmas. Called out Howard Air and they were here 4 hours and said it was 2k to repair u see warranty; 3 k without warranty. Contacted J&M as an authorized repair facility, and found out that Howard Air damaged the fan brackets and unplugged the compressor! They repaired the unit with just a fan under warranty.
