"Called at 8pm to leave a message to try to get an appointment for the next day. Got a call back in about a half hour and Slava was able to make the appointment. He showed up in the early part of his service window. Very happy about that. He helped me put the dishwasher back together from my bad attempt at troubleshooting last night. He told me very freely and sincerely which parts were not worth it to be replaced vs buying a new dishwasher. I thought his honesty was amazing. Then he troubleshot in a very logical way while cleaning the parts as he disassembled them to inspect them. The problem was actually a clog in my drain hose. He came up with a clever solution to clear the clog and was very cheerful about it the whole time. Very happy with the effort that he put into the job and I felt that the price paid was worth it. He even gave me tips on how to make it less expensive next time and what actions to take to preventatively keep this from happening again. Thanks!"
