"Cameron the owner is a man of 1000 words and excuses. he has Jury duty for 2 weeks then his employees suck so he claims he had to terminate them after that he can't work because he has had knee surgery. he has had me running around and waiting for more than 2 months. his communication sucks and he is not a man of his word. don't waste your time with this company as they steal your money to show up and then stop communicating after that. he lost out on thousands of dollars worth of warranty work. he had scheduled appointments that he no call no showed and then you try to call him and get sent directly to voicemail like he is avoiding you like the plague. I have a dispute filed against this man and I will be reporting him and his poor business practices to the authorities that oversee. Should I post the photos of our conversation?"

"On January 10th of this year Service World RV sent two men out to solve a tv problem in my RV. They were here for 2 hours and accomplished nothing. I asked them to leave because they were charging me $150 an hour. So they billed me $399 which included a $99 call out charge. I was very upset and posted a negative google review. The owner Cameron called me and after he made some heated comments said that if I would take down the post he would come and fix it for free. I agreed. Since then he came out once, gave me back the cost of the call out fee, look at my RV, said he knew what the problem was, that he had to order parts and he would be back. That was around the 18th of January. Since then he has made numerous appointments. He has never showed and never calls. I am feed up. I have put up with his empty promises long enough. He has inconvenienced me over and over again. Although I really have no recourse, except for writing this review, I can warn anyone that reads this that if you hire this company you will possibly asking for a emotional roller-coaster and a waste of your hard earned dollars. Bottom line I would never recommend this business. Mr. Vern"

"I met Cameron several months ago when I was getting ready to go on a trip and noticed my refrigerator had quit working. I call a few RV shops and no one would look at it because it was a residential unit! When I reached out to Service World RV repair they had a technician out the next day. Refrigerator was bad! They took my information and the next day Cameron and another tech was here replacing it late into the evening saving my me from canceling my trip. My next encounter was to have an AC unit, toilet and awning motor checked out. Again we were scheduled for an upcoming trip. I reached out to Cameron for his help! Took my trailer to him on a Thursday and dropped it off! He called me Saturday morning and everything had been fixed and was ready to pick up! You just don’t get that kind of service these days! I would recommend Service World RV repair to everyone! Oh and after he had done the repairs on both occasions, he called just to make sure everything was working as it should! Thats ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service!"

"Brought in our 5th wheel to have brakes checked and bearings repacked. Received a call from Cameron which was followed up with a text including pictures of additional issues in the brake system and a quote for the recommended repairs. Following my approval to go ahead with the additional work our trailer was ready for pick up 36 hours later. Upon pick up, Cameron came out to explain exactly what work was done and more importantly showed me what to look for in the future to avoid similar issues. Excellent customer service beginning to end."
