"UPDATE, added more pics of poor workmanship and comment! We hired this company to install out iron fence. Right off the bat talked us into upgrading to a welded fence for better stability, added about $2500 to the job. Fast forward, installed the first part of fence came back and did everything but the double gate and single gate (another upgrade for another $450). Paid for the original amount and held on the gates. Was told he would be back the next day to finish. That was over 2 months ago. We have called endless amounts of times and he doesn’t return phone calls. He ignores text. When you can reach him on the phone, he’ll give you one excuse after the other over and over again. We finally had to threaten him with going to the register of contractors and he came back out and did the one gate but we haven’t heard from him again and it’s been another three weeks. We’ve been calling him repeatedly. We’ve been giving dates that he would come out, but he has never shown up. Bottom line this company does not finish his work, the upgraded welding that we paid for was poorly done, and we’re still without our side gate. The pictures I will post will not even shower house yet and the house is fully framed and we’re working on all the wiring and guts. The whole reason for us getting offense is because we were having thieves out on our job site so we spent $20,000 on a fence and labor we got no added security because of this company not doing its job. I will gets pics of the shoddy welds and post those too. BEWARE I would never recommend this company to anyone. In reply to owner, Bottom line you didn’t finish the job, the gate was added during construction on the south end by your suggestion and our consent. It was a verbal discussion which means something. You added 450 for it then, after not showing up for a month and a half waived it, came and did one gate said you would be back to do the second and never showed up again, this is how you have been treating us since you got the original payment. Set up dates and not show. Why are you not addressing the lack of service we have received? Here we are 2 months after review and nothing has been fixed or completed. Called us asking to removed the review, set up appt to finish yet again and pulled ANOTHER NO SHOW. We no longer even hope to get the job completed by LONE CATCUS and think others should beware. The people should know that while others got your so called 5 star service, if was during the time frames that other people weren’t get services, already paid for, from you. Look at the pics of the poor workmanship. Again buyer beware!"

"I am not one who usually writes reviews ... but my experience with Lone Cactus on the installation of 975 feet of "no climb" fence and gate was exceptional. Out of the three bids, I went with experience and quality. The job was started sooner than I expected and the effort put into it was exceptional. This is a family business ... and I really mean that. Everyone is related ... brother, niece, aunt, etc. These folks were extremely courteous and worked long hours to get the job done. They were all very concerned to ensure everything was perfect. I would absolutely recommend Lone Cactus."
