"I started working with Arizona Climate Concepts over three years ago. Mark was referred to us for our HVAC/swamp cooler inspection during our home buying inspection period. He was so thorough and honest about the condition of our unit. He didn’t sugar coat anything or try to sell us any unnecessary service. He always has pictures to backup everything he says and quotes. I started using him professionally as I’m a property manager. He brought the same level of customer service, skill, honesty, and amazing attitude with him to every situation. He is the first person I think of and call for any HVAC concerns no matter what it is. If you like supporting small, local businesses, this is definitely the HVAC business to pick!"

"Mark is like a AC genius, I originally had Parker and sons come out to try and get my AC unit back up and running and that was a complete nightmare. The first technician from Parker and sons replaced the capacitor and was not the problem and then came back and said it was a loose wire and that was not it. And from there they jumped right into saying I need to replace my whole AC unit and would cost upwards of 10K . I was recommended to Arizona Climate Concepts and Mark came out and within minutes I knew that he wanted to fix my unit and not try and sell me a whole new one. He knew right away that the capacitor was not the correct one from Parker and sons. He did his magic and next thing you know I'm back up and running better than ever for less than $280. Please don't waste your time with other companies those guys are just out for the money.Arizona Climate Concepts are truly into trying to fix your problem without jumping right into having to replace everything. This review is really long but that's only because I don't think that there's anyone else out there that is as knowledgeable as Mark. Not only that but pricing that is super reasonable."
