"My pixel fold has a defective hinge and I called Google support and they told me that it is still under manufactured warranty and told me I can bring it here because they're a Google authorized repair store. I took it here and they replace the inside screen with no cost because Google covered it and Michael did a excellent job and only took him a couple hours to fix my fold!!! I'm hoping it's the last time I'll ever have to bring my pixel here but if anything happens I know these guys will take care of it! Thank you Ubreakifixit and Google support for the amazing customer service!!!"
"Sean is the BEST! I wish I could say amazing things about the people who answer the calls for Asurion too but they were horrible. Sean is definitely a can do guy. He was helpful and understanding through the entire process to get my cracked screen replaced. When inventory became available I could have chosen a store 2 minutes from my home but I willingly drove out to Surprise so that I could personally thank this amazing guy. As long as Sean is at this store, I will make the drive. "After spending several hours trying to undo a forced change to my homepage I gave up on Verizon who couldn't figure out anything and referred me to their 611 tech support. Another hour on the phone with them offered absolutely nothing. I gave up and came to Ubreakifix. They have solved several problems for me in the past. Michael and Miguel immediately greeted me. After explaining that Verizon blamed my problem on an update they checked my phone. Within approximately two minutes they realized the problem came from a new app I had. They immediately corrected the problem, we deleted the app and everything is fixed. I love this company! Thank you Michael and Miguel."
"I’ve needed to fix a screen on my iPhone for a while and finally decided this weekend to look and see if there was a place close by that could get it done while I was out running errands for the day. I found Asurion and was happy to see they allowed walk ins, but their website also allowed appointments to be set. I’ll tell you right by or you’re better off making an appointment because when I walked in there was a line quickly forming with only one man running the front. I know there was at least one or two tech people in the back because I could hear them, the line took quite a while with only one employee up front and what seemed to be all walk ins in line. I was feeling a bit impatient with how long it took to get to the counter, but that my fault not there’s for not scheduling ahead and they were just being thorough with each person to make sure each device is fixed correctly. Once helped the employee was helpful, offered insurance plan for other electronics if broke in the future and explained how they’d fix , price as well as estimated time my phone would be completed. I was told around 2-3 hours which was perfect because I’d have enough time to get all my other things done in the meantime. My phone ended up being ready after roughly two hours. It is now looking great and functioning well again. Make sure you don’t lose your receipt you are handed or it will be hard to get your device back. It is your ticket to pick up. All in all great service. Again, I recommend an appointment with how busy it was when I went."
