"The communication for a new HVAC unit install for my mother's house was great in the beginning.......... We have scheduled 2 appointments for some duct work that needs to be done after the HVAC install. As of now, 2 no shows and no calls. When we do get in contact we are told sorry and we will return your call on several occasions. Of course no one calls to let us know why no one has showed up on 2 appointments that were scheduled.
