"I was fortunate to be stewarded by Better Way Services through a 6-month grueling house renovation -- by both Brandon and the Better Way crew directly, and by hazard specialists hired for asbestos removal. To prepare, Billy methodically removed ALL kitchen cabinets and appliances (!!), storing them in adjacent rooms. They lingered after the entire restoration project was completed to see that smallest details were attended to, utilizing custom creative talents best suited for my 40s era hand-made house. "Better Way Services proved to be a quality choice to mediate the water damage to our kitchen. Each member of the team was very professional and took care to protect the work area. Brandon and Richard did only what was needed in taking out drywall and cabinets preserving what was needed for the rebuild. Alfred's repair and painting restored all surfaces to a like new appearance as he took care to do only what was needed and Billy's expertise in cabinet rebuilding gave us a better than we had restored kitchen. "We experienced some damage to the front of our store. We couldn't open the front door, and the city slapped the "orange banner of death" on it to prohibit occupancy to the location! What do we do? Become experts in permitting, masonry, door replacement, stucco, carpet, insurance claims, paint? Fortunately there was a Better Way! Kent and Rick from Better Way Services came in and took care of everything from permiting, dealing with insurance claims, all repairs, and even signoff from the city to reopen!
