"Everything about the whole situation just seemed unprofessional. The person scheduled to help us didn’t introduce herself until about halfway thru, she did not explain anything about the process, or ask any questions about our situation and she kept having to ask for help. That being said, there were 2 employees there and neither one seemed very knowledgeable. No one discussed pricing. When asked, her response was “I won’t know till the end”. On a side note, the other employee that was there was coughing every few minutes. He would cough into his hand (or the paperwork he was reading) and would not even use hand sanitizer.
