Complete Carpet Cleaning

"I hired this company to come out and clean the carpets in my RV. The prices seemed reasonable, and the customer service was courteous. I did have to reschedule my first appointment because something arose, which was a good thing, because he had my wrong number and had also been trying to reschedule and had a wrong number for me. Now here is where thing went wrong, and why I rated so poorly. Initially he gave me a quote for $70. Then he said it would be $80. I couldn't exactly argue because there was no one else in the area because I love so far out. But on top of that, when I rescheduled, I added a $40 pet enzyme treatment, and when he showed up, he didn't bring enough to treat the small square footage of of an RV. Instead he just threw in a deodorizer. Unfortunately, anyone who knows anything about pet smells (urine) knows that a deodorizer won't do diddly squat to cover up urine smells. You need the enzymes to break down any urine. I paid for that so i could sell the RV. And not there is still the slight lingering smell. It looks great. He was nice. The price is great. He was fast. But either find someone else, or make sure and call this guy the night before and discuss the services you want again, because it doesn't seem that he writes down what his customers want. He seems to swing it, and hope all goes well, and that he has what he needs when he needs it. NOT the way to run a business."

"Just Awesome! Kyle squeezed me in just before thanksgiving and did an amazing job on my carpets. He even got paint stains out that we just thought we would have to live with. PLUS the price is very affordable. Don't bother with anyone else or trying to do it yourself. Use these guys every time!"
