I starting sending the SOS at 7:30 am, they responded promptly and my calamity was resolved by noon. Abram and Curtis were on time, were personable, professional and quick. "First off who i spoke to said they come out for free and then give you a free est. well turns out they didn't come out for free every where so they charged me 100 to come then they said if they can't unclog the sewer that they wouldn't charge. He didn't unclog it and still wanted the 100 bucks and when I called and asked they said that didn't know it was not in Tucson and so they charged the fee if i would of been aware of the fee i would of not had them come out. So I guess since who ever I spoke to didnt know where they were sending someone and couldn't bother to call and make sure that i was gonna pay the money before sending them so they messed and I Paid"

"Firstly, I want to state that I don't usually write bad reviews. My intention is solely so others do not have to go through the nightmare I experienced while working with Plumber Kings. The “crew” of plumber kings consists of the owner, Chris, his childhood best friend, James, and whoever can use a shovel. Upon contracting Plumber Kings to replace the plumbing throughout my home and add a half bath, the owner, Chris, stated that he would complete the work himself. That’s the first lie that comes out of Chris’s mouth- many were to follow. His best friend, James, is friendly enough, but he doesn’t know what he is doing or probably even licensed. When installing my half-bath toilet, he forgot to tilt the pipe of the toilet at an angle, so the waste flows away from the house. Isn’t that basic plumbing 101? Since Chris never took the time to come and inspect everything before my new flooring was installed, we found out too late. Instead of apologizing for his lack of work ethic, he blamed my family, claiming “someone must have stepped on the pipe”. I was shocked that he would go to that length and disrespect my family to their faces. I now have an injector pump in my backyard thanks to his lack of care and it will need to be replaced every 10 years. The whole project took over 6 months to complete and upon final inspection, they didn’t even install hammer arrestors on my new water lines. When I reached out to get it resolved, Chris mentioned he left them on my water heater and I should install them myself. I told him, I’m not a plumber and that the city inspector told me that my plumber should install them and it’s included in a plumber’s scope of work when replacing water lines. After a lot of back and forth, Chris finally showed up, with a huge attitude, and stated that the arrestors weren’t included in my bid. How would it not be included in my bid if it’s needed to pass inspection?! Do not waste your time and money on Plumber Kings. I’m still infuriated."

"1st Experience: Kitchen sink would not drain. Called and they had a coupon special. They came out same day and fixed the issue. Very good company. 2nd Experience: We had been having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the far shower. I called Plumber Kings and Mr Rooter Plumbing to get a competitive quote. We ended up having roots growing into our plumbing. Mr Rooter was just talking at me, while Robert from Plumber Kings took his time to explain and stayed patient. I talked to multiple people in the office through the fix. They are absolutely Great Individuals working for Plumber Kings. They provided a great service, and their price was fair. I strongly recommend this company. They triple check their work before they tell you they are done. Great Company."
