"The store is extremely dirt. The guitars all look old and dirty and the prices are high. He messed up my guitar and to top it off, I had listen to his backward opinions on everything form music to politics. Be warned he is an Anti—vaxxers, with enough mis information to fill a warehouse. Avoid this place. There are other really good professional music stores in town so I will not return."

"I am not one to write reviews but I had a really bad experience. I am a student in an online high school and take a class that requires a lot of battery usage. I took my macbook to get a new battery put in, but by the time I had gotten it back it wouldn't even start up. Apparently they had spilled alcohol on it and it had water damage. We took it back and I had to use a friend's computer for a couple weeks. I waited around a month to finally get a new macbook from them and when I got it there was a crack in my case that came with the first and a crack in the screen. It is still useable, of course, but was upsetting especially during a time like this. I have fallen behind in school a lot."

"Horrible experience! No stars! Customer service was horrible! I brought my computer in because of a cracked screen and asked them to replace my disc drive on my Mac as well! And asked them to save my info to my hard drive! I had to follow up with them took weeks to get the computer back when I finally did hear from them that said they erased my whole hard drive and everything was lost! Then he said we have a problem with erasing hard drives! I took the computer home and the disc drive they replaced was rattling around! So I went back up there again and they replaced the drive with the new, just to have the same exact problem that I went in for! They didn't offer me a refund they didn't make feel like they messed up more made me feel like this is normal practice for there business! I do have a new screen on my computer, but my disc drive is just as bad as when I took it in and on top of that they erased my hard drive and told it happens! Will never use them again! Stay away!"
