"Josh with On-Doody Septic is amazing! He was very thorough in pumping our septic tank. It had been very neglected but he cane to our rescue!"
"I noticed that my septic system started backing up late on a Friday night after the water softener regenerated (the soil was wet all around the access hatches). I pulled off the covers, and the water level was so high that I couldn't see the filter, and I was afraid to pull it out and let debris flow into the leach field. So over the weekend, I was careful to not let any more water than necessary go down the drains. I called Josh Monday morning and he was at my place within an hour. He pumped enough effluent out of the tank to be able to access the filter which was totally clogged. He cleaned the filter, checked drain to the leach field (luckily it wasn't clogged), and he ran a snake through the drain line from the house (which was also starting to clog). Although the tank might not have needed to be pumped quite yet, there was enough debris floating in the tank that I was concerned. And since Josh was already here with the pumper truck, I figured that it would probably be best to have him pump the tank, so he did that. While he was working, he gave me an education on how to maintain the septic tank to avoid problems in the future. (Thanks Josh!). I highly recommend Josh of On-Doody Septic & Drains. He was prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced."
