"We’re new to Arizona and we needed to have our ducts cleaned and of all of the companies we contacted, Rick and Amber of ARK clean air were the best of communicating too us about the process and everything that they do in detail. Made the appointment with them and my husband and I were so impressed with the work that they did and how thorough they both were, they’re such a great team together. Not only did they clean our ducts, Rick went into our attic to check on our gas furnace to see how the coils looked and they needed to be cleaned too and so we had him do that also. "5 stars plus! I am over the top thrilled with the quality of service provided and the cost. Rick showed me before and after pictures and the end result was impressive. Amber was very meticulous and thoroughly cleaned the vent covers. Rick noticed a filter was missing, that they replaced at no extra charge, and explained how it could negatively affect the coil. He told me how much it would cost and didn't try to push me into a decision. As they were finishing up I asked if we could go ahead and schedule a time for him to do the coil and he offered to do it then. Good thing too as he found something was coming loose that he put back on, secured, and re-taped. They cleaned up during and before they left as well. Ironically I received an email from another company while Rick and Amber were at my house, and it was informing me of the "amazing deals" they had going on, listing the cost per vent. When Idid the math, the other guys "amazing deal" cost just for the air duct cleaning was more than triple the cost of my total bill which included the dryer vent and the coil cleaning. "Ark just cleaned my vents and ductwork today, they were super responsive and did an amazing job. All of my ducts are clean, my dryer vent, my grates, and the exchange. They also inspected the ductwork in my attic to make sure it wasn't leaking or damaged. They did such a wonderful job and didn't over charge.
