"I keep getting “served” papers for some random individual despite me letting the “server” know. He told me to talk to this company. I called to let them know & whoever was on the other end woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I understand they deal with angry people all the time but NOTHING excuses the treatment I got. Get better representatives. You provided me with someone’s private paperwork just because my address “matches” AND I am being harassed in my own home. I asked if this was going to stop the papers and servers from coming and he vaguely & rudely said it will stop “this” paper from coming. Very unprofessional company."

When I called to ask to remove my address from their system so I stop receiving private information of a different person, the person on the phone (he had an accent, but did not disclose his name) was very very rude, and hung up on me. Completely unacceptable behavior as I was trying to help them find the right person."

"If you get involved with this firm know your rights. They try and slide things through the court and the only way to catch them is to file your own motions and know you rights. They tried to get summary judgment against me without ever serving notice of anything. I beat them 3 times on the same case by simply filing motions with the Civil court. They even put a judgement on my house at one point which they had to remove and got admonished by the court.They are lazy overworked bottom feeder lawyers who bank on you not paying attention. A little bit of legal push back and they will be scrambling. They might be the worst so called “law firm” in the land. They are not honest dealers at all and take advantage of everyone who has the unfortunate circumstance of getting on their radar. The statue of limitations has finally run out on them after 6 years of fighting. Now I am free to say what I really think of them in an open forum. Pound sand Gurstel I hope you get sued and someone takes down your entire business you are the worst of the worst. Shakespeare had it right!"
