"I don’t normally write reviews unless I strongly feel the need. This vet clinic was great. I am new to the state and did not have a home vet for my cats. I also had a general concern for my cats before even being a patient that they were able to talk about with me over the phone. I really appreciated that. I then set up an appointment for general wellness and the two girls I had today were so sweet and helpful, it genuinely made me enjoy my time and my cats felt very comfortable. Doctor McBroom and Alexis sat on the floor with them while they did the exam/checkup which made my cats feel more at ease, even with noise coming from other rooms. My Siamese is very skeptical of other people and he even rubbed up on Doctor McBroom which truly shows how comfortable he felt with them on the floor. The girls were very friendly and funny which felt like a breath of fresh air compared to other vets I’ve had. Prices are what you expect for a general checkup, about $75 per cat. Great and genuine advice was offered, and I am glad to have a secure point of contact for all my pets’ needs. Previous vets that I’ve had would focus more on money/selling products and quick in and out time. Highly recommend Grayhawk"

"Title: Disappointing Experience at Grayhawk Animal Hospital I would strongly advise anyone seeking veterinary services to consider their options carefully before choosing this clinic, as the experience and customer service I encountered fell well short of my expectations! My recent visit to Grayhawk Animal Hospital left me dissatisfied and prompted me to share my experience. I had high hopes for this veterinary clinic but left feeling that my time and money ($72) were wasted. The staff were unprofessional and not properly trained at all. They didn't greet us or make eye contact when we arrived. We felt unwelcome for sure! They also made a mistake by misspelling my email and name. I was wondering why we never received the confirmation email. Never asked me for my puppy's previous records. Or my address... Super disorganized! Upon my visit, my puppy had red eyes, and I was advised to give her Benadryl. This advice seemed overly simplistic and, to my surprise, was readily available through a quick internet search. Spending over $70 for such basic guidance left me questioning the value of the visit. I was disappointed at first, but I was willing to overlook it and still asked about the cost of spaying my puppy. I wanted to give the clinic another opportunity. 3 days later, I received an email from the clinic requesting my honest customer feedback. Eager to provide constructive input, I submitted a straightforward review. Surprisingly, Dr. Berman, the head veterinarian of the clinic, took my feedback as a personal attack and told me that I was no longer allowed to visit their office. This reaction was both unprofessional and disheartening. I shared my thoughts and experiences as a responsible pet owner and customer to help improve their service! They asked me for it!!! The clinic responded in an unwelcoming manner instead of accepting feedback and using it as a chance to improve. It's unfortunate that a pet care place would alienate a customer for giving honest feedback. I told my friend who referred me to them, about that clinic and advised him to find a more professional place for his dog."

"The Animal Hospital at Greyhawk was wonderful. They took the time to explain everything about the procedure and we're very kind and caring. This location is far, but they were able to fit me in the same day and I couldn't be more grateful. If you need an ultrasound for your animal, I highly recommend this place."
