"Jason is exceptional. He is honest and fair; explains things well. We have had great, prompt service from this company!"
"ATS is a great group to work with. They are the only team I trust with my rentals and always get on the job fast . Do yourself a favor, if you need AC work call them first."
"Charles brilliantly figured out our HVAC problem and fixed it in record time. I'm talking major stuff - replacing the motor and reworking our entire filtering systems in our home. He also reset our thermostat and showed us to to program the various parts of it. This new re-working will save us money and keep us on track to self-monitor the system carefully in the future. Thanks, Charles! You gave us confidence and piece of mind. I'll refer you to all my friends."
"Worst experience ever! Purchased new AC unit for condo from them. Price was slightly higher than other quotes but the salesman stated that they were very familiar with the systems used in the condos as they had replaced numerous units there. Said it would take 1 day- ended up taking 4 because they never had the right parts. Nine, yes 9, days after completion unit stops working. Tech comes out and says pump failed. He cleared the line so the unit started again but said he did not have the part with him so someone would be out the next day to install a new one. At 730 pm the next night they finally came- after an hour said they didn't have the right pump so they would come back the next day. They call the next day and the warehouse is closed so they won't be out until Monday. Because there was nothing to pump out the water they installed a drain line from the ceiling into the bathtub. Well, now it's Monday and "no one in Arizona has the part" so they ordered it and it will take at least three days. This is bad enough but it gets SO much worse. I request a call from management- the general manager calls me and never once apologized. Instead his response is "we didn't design or build the pump so you can't blame us." Umm, you charged us and you installed it so yes, it is your problem. He was very condescending the entire phone call, never apologized and would not set an appointment for Thursday (when he said the pump would be in- guess he couldn't spring for expedited delivery even though we paid over $5000 for unit) because he wasn't sure if it would be in or not. Never offered anything for all the inconvenience. He tried to explain to me that I just don't understand how mechanical things work and that sometimes they break. Well I do understand it but I don't expect them to break in 9 days and if they do break then I expect you to take responsibility. This is how our bathroom has been since last Thursday with no conclusion in sight."
"I rent through a property management co. that uses these clowns for their repairs. Last August I came home turned on the newly installed AC unit and nothing, no air either on cold or hot. I checked the main breaker panel and turned the breaker off then on again, nothing. A "tech" came out did the same thing I did, then went up on the roof, suddenly the ac came on. I commented by saying thank you, and so sorry you had to go up there while it was raining. In January the property management co. did their annual inspection, and found nothing wrong with how I maintain the unit. About 1 hour after the inspector left, I received an email charging me for not changing the AC filter. This is what the "tech" said he did back in August. The invoice they received from this company was dated December 27. Are you kidding? I change the filter every month. I have been an auto mechanic for 17 years and fully understand ac systems. Your cars' ac is the same as your homes' ac. What a bunch of liars! Even if the filter hadn't been changed for a year, the first sign would have been a reduction in the volume of air ad well as a musty odor. This" tech" was asked in December to recall a specific call done 4 months earlier. Plain and simple HE LIED. When he came off the roof he told me he changed a fuse. I stated that I had checked that at the main panel, he said " Oh no not that one I changed the one on the roof""
