"One star, since zero not an option. I was referred to James Hanson from another attorney. Mr. Hanson did respond to first and second email, and then just dropped off. I answered questions he asked, never heard back. I left messages on his direct line, never heard back. I spoke with receptionist who assured me she would get my info to his legal secretary, never heard back. I even said to receptionist, if the firm is not interested in my case, to please let me know. Apparently just ignoring potential client is how this firm lets you know they are not interested."
