"This contractor was assigned to me as part of my home buyers' warranty to come out and fix my fridge. Over 72 hours, they never called me and never returned my calls. By reading the other reviews here, I realized this is common practice for them. I have no idea how they stay in business other than being assigned to people through the warranty. I contacted the warranty people and asked to be switched to a different contractor. They did, and now hopefully I'll get somewhere. You never realize how much it sucks not to have a working fridge until it breaks! Luckily, we have an outdoor freezer, so we have done lots of switching out ice packs in coolers. It only lasts so long, though."

"Company was issued by my home warranty company. They arrived, fixed my dishwasher and left a trail of water throughout the house not taking the time to clean up behind them. 9 months later I get a text at 9pm from a out of state number telling me I have a past due bill and I could pay the bill on their non secure website. I then called the number from my text message and was Talking to someone telling them that i was never given an invoice and dont feel comfortable paying their remaining balance. Then after trying to reach someone local, which I was never able to talk to anyone I just said forget it. Then 4 months later I was sent an invoice through the mail.( generic as possible). This company is reaching for the stars and not customer oriented. Stay away, stay away, stay away"

"This company was contracted through my home warranty company, 2-10 Home Warranty. I tried calling them twice to schedule this appointment and left voice messages that were not returned until late that day, after business hours . They came by the home the following day to diagnose a refrigerator issue. When I tried calling to find out what the prognosis was, I was unable to get a live person or receive a call back. I had to have the home warranty company find out what was going on, at which point I was told they needed to order a part that would arrive on Thursday. It is now Friday and I have had none of my calls returned and I am still unable to get a hold of anyone at the number they provided. They were paid a service fee and disappeared. Worst customer service ever, DO NOT recommend."
