"This location was a breeze and Brea(bree) was super helpful. She didn’t let a system error or a manager error stop her from getting the discounts I came in for. We all know the game dispo play when they mess up on advertising. Suddenly the places used to order or check store discounts all of a sudden don’t have accurate information/discounts even when their own website has the same deal listed. Well she advocated for me and he came over and changed it but calculated it wrong and only put half the discount. I asked her about it and she went and had him come back to change it but he was in a rush and did the same thing. So I said it’s fine, but she actually went in the back and got it corrected. She didn’t have to and she risked piss her manager off to ensure my service was of quality. For that I think brea should win employee of the month.."
"The online order was ready within five minutes after I pushed go. Once I arrived to the Midtown location. The young lady in the hallway was very very friendly, and had a great smile. The only lady that help me at the counter was super super helpful and speedy. She had a great personality, and was very sweet to me"
