"The care my dog got was wonderful however the front office / office manager’s administrative professionalism is questionable. Prior to my dogs surgery I insisted that all treatment leading up to surgery, day of surgery and follow up appointments be included into a one time payment. A total price was given and payment was made. The surgery went well however the after surgery care did not. The very rude & disrespectful Dr. said I needed to pay another 600.00 for X-rays. I explained that I paid upfront for everything. This Dr was Sarcastic, Rude and Disrespectful. This Dr refused to do the follow up care for my dog that I already paid for stating he will only examine my dog if I pay another $600.00. If you and Ingleside veterinarian hospital, agree on the price terms & conditions Get it in writing, because they will not stand behind what they verbally agreed to."

"I first went to ingleside six years ago after adopted my beloved rescue, Cleo. Throughout the years she had several health issues that were difficult to diagnose (pancreatitis, valley fever, and ultimately likely spinal cancer). She also was reactive to other dogs and was very timid as she wasn’t socialized before I adopted her. Each time I went to Ingleside I was met with understanding, and everyone was always considerate of her nervous demeanor. I was given helpful information about food and specialists for behavioral issues as well. During her hospitalizations someone always called to follow up and see how she was doing. When I told them I had to put her down, I was told I could call back if I just needed to talk. It was always clear to me they suggested what they would want for their own dog or pet. I feel comfort knowing she was given the best care and referrals, though I miss her dearly. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Dr Serbin, Dr Emma and the whole team for your compassionate care over the years."
