"Wasn't impressed, the lady I spoke too over the phone made tons of excuses why they wouldn't take my case. Then she was Actually defending the insurance company for breaking contract and doing everything in their power to screw me over. I could blatantly here the contempt in her voice and her snickering as I explained the ways the insurance company tried deceiving me. Didn't even offer an face to face consultation. I presume it's because there was no injury is why they didn't take my case.
