"I wouldn’t imagine bringing a fur baby here in the future. Our dog was sick and needed attention we brought her here. They did X-rays and stated that there is something stuck in our pups belly. They couldn’t tell us what it was besides of how much everything else was going to cost. They gave her medication to help her but a day later she started vomiting blood which was not happening until after we brought her to this clinic. They stated they would call the next day or so but never did. Also mentioning how a few days later I called to speak with the dr & till this day I have not received a call back regarding an issue that I have had. If you want good care for your babies find a better place than Glendale Animal hospital."
"Update 1.26.24 - although Dr. Day has retired, Dr. Brown has been seeing our Golden and she has been great! She takes the time to make sure that all of our questions are answered and takes great care of our pup. Our dog does great here, Claire is very friendly, takes time to answer our questions and even though it's a 40 min drive for us, it's still the best vet we've been to in the valley. Original review: I'm not sure why the 4.2 stars! This has been the ONLY vet in the entire valley that we've consistently taken our pup too. We have a 4 year old Golden Retriever who had thyroid issues and Dr. Day and staff were able to quickly diagnose, and get her regulated. Any time she has been to other vets for any other issue it was always a $1200 trip while getting the run around on what the issue could be with no resolution! I've been taking our dog here for several years and won't go anywhere else!"
"This place used to be wonderful. But I wouldn't take any animal there now. They left us hanging with a very sick cat - we needed a phone call back to get guidance about a needed surgery. We ended up at the emergency hospital and they suggested we discuss the surgery with outrregular vet. I called and left 3 messages for a call back and never received even one. I went in person today and there was no apology - just excuses about why no one called me back. My can wasn't eating, or drinking for a few days and they knew it - but obviously didn't think that was important enough to do anything. The girl up front never once did anything other than make excuses, "we were waiting for the reports," - okay - but you can still call me back and tell me that - and we ended up putting our poor cat down because we had no idea what to do and she was so I’ll. I still don't know if they do the surgery that was being suggested - the emergency vet's cost was staggering so we needed to know if their price was better - or if they even did it. I would NOT go back there and recommend no one else go either."
"honestly would not go back. Vet is extremely lazy, charged $57 for an ‘exam’ she didn’t take her temp DIDNT check her abdomen to see if she could feel any pups just took her to the back to give her X-rays & scammed us out $200. why do we pay $57 for you to ‘exam’ my dog and she didn’t do sh- just asked us questions. I wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone . Go to PETLIFE. Much better service. Ladies at the front were RUDEEE. take your pet somewhere else ."
"Dr. Day performed a successful surgery to remove a cancerous growth from my dog, Bambi. He did a fantastic job and the lady who took care of me when I picked Bambi up was super nice and I felt she really cared about her well-being. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this facility for anyone’s animals!"
