"After gratefully enjoying nearly two decades of faithful service from my the two Lennox HVAC furnaces and condensers in my home, the inevitable finally occurred in early October this past year. As the days grew hotter, so did my anxiety about the impending demise of my HVAC systems, a day I had long dreaded since the construction of my home in 2005. With each passing year, the anticipation of this event loomed, and in October 2023, it finally came to pass. My initial response was to seek out replacement options from Home Depot and Costco. However, after several appointments and exhaustive research, I found myself overwhelmed in the complicated world of HVAC systems, struggling with the overwhelming cost and array of options, especially considering the need for two systems – furnaces and condensers – for my house. Ultimately, I decided to go with Home Depot's preferred vendor. Yet, soon after signing the contract, I became aware of the significant differences between fully variable and two-stage condensers, prompting me to reconsider my decision. In an 11th hour insight, I turned to the brand I knew to be the best – Trane. Browsing their website led me to Jason Parkis, the owner of Indian Air in Prescott Valley, AZ, a Trane authorized dealer and installer. From our first conversation, I knew I had found a trustworthy partner in Jason. His knowledge and professionalism, along with the exceptional customer service provided by Christine, the office manager, immediately put me at ease. Jason wasted no time in visiting my home to provide an estimate, which pleasantly came in lower than both Home Depot and Costco for Trane's top-of-the-line unit, the Xv18 – a fully variable and fully communicable system. Opting for Indian Air, Christine promptly scheduled the installation. Tyler and Abel, the installation experts, proved to be knowledgeable and detail-oriented, adhering to Trane's rigorous installation standards. The installation process was seamless, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with their work. The performance of the Xv18 units has exceeded my expectations. Experiencing the benefits of fully variable units in the Arizona climate has been remarkable and has convinced me that it's the only way to modernize your HVAC system. Since installation, Jason and Christine have continued to impress me with their responsiveness to my questions and concerns. With the added convenience of a fully communicable unit, Jason can remotely diagnose any issues, providing me with invaluable peace of mind. Choosing Indian Air for my HVAC needs was undoubtedly the right decision. They have earned my trust as my go-to HVAC company, and I wholeheartedly recommend Trane to anyone considering a new system, all thanks to the exceptional team at Indian Air."
"I've used Indian Air company everytime my 2.5 ton Train unit needed maintenance. But when I called them when my 39 year old unit stopped putting out heat, The tech, ABLE came out the next day and was able to push a reset on one of the control boards to get it working again. I don't get on top of roofs these days anymore. ABLE took lots of pictures on his phone and showed me the ware, tare, and rusted out side panels. I knew I would have to eventually need to replace my unit sooner or later. ABLE, showed me several options and schooled me on the newer SEIR efficiency ratings. I could have went back with a newer version of my 2.5 HVAC unit, but the 3 ton unit has a slightly better SEIR efficiency rating. I chose the 3 ton unit. My wife and I got bye with wall heaters through the weekend and by Tuesday the next week, ABLE and TYLER along with the help of an experienced crane operator, was able to complete the new installation by 1:00 pm. Just a little over three hours. If this new unit lasts as long as the previous one, I'll be 100 years old before needing another new one installed. So that's why I went back with a Train unit and INDIAN AIR. A great job by the two field technicians and Steve the office manager for keeping me posted through the job planning stages. Thanks guys! Happy customer John D. Hear in Prescott Valley."
"We have been customers of Indian Air for over 20 years. Obviously, we are pleased with their service. Of particular note, we really like the service techs we have had - Abel and Tyler. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, courtesy and skill."
"A very professional company... Out of the three companies I called to replace my HVAC, Indian Air responded the best. A friendly person answered the phone and was able to help schedule an estimate visit. She asked all the right questions and was able to accommodate my schedule. The owner arrived at my house on time, even though it snowed several inches the night before. After reviewing what my needs were, he emailed me several options to choose from. This helped me decide the type of unit I wanted to fit my budget. He was also able to recommend the system that would work best for me based on how I currently used my HVAC. The technicians arrived on time to install the units. They were great, friendly, and didn't waste any time. They were technically knowledgeable in helping me set to the thermostat. Even though they were willing to take the old system away, I opted to dismantle the unit myself for recycling. The technicians even offered me advice for how to strip the system to get the most money from the recycler. They really went beyond their "job description". Thanks team."
"From start to finish Indian Air was fantastic. The quoting process was painless, the financing that was available worked for us, and the employees at Indian Air that did the install were awesome. I can't stress enough about how great the installers were. They were nice, clean, informative, on-time, and did a great job. My home did not have central AC/heat, and now I have a new Trane unit on my roof. These guys rock."
