"Last week was one of the hardest times in my life and Dr. Fraser was there to guide us through it all! I called towards closing crying as my fur baby was in pain and couldn’t go another night! I was blessed for 15 years with my pal Chico B. Elsa spoke with Dr. Fraser and he agreed to stay open late and wait for us to come in. Dr. Fraser & Elsa were very compassionate, caring and understanding. I could barely speak the whole time I was there and was not able to express how grateful I was for their kind Hearts. They took great care of my boy Chachi and followed up a few times subsequent to same. The staff here are patient, kind and really care about the health of your pets/fur babies.
