"We took our 6 month old Lab to get flean and tick meds since it was close and I had rewards to use so why not? The place was unorganized, dirty and most of stafff had attitude becasue my dog was barking. He's a puppy and doesn't go out much. They insisted on having a muzzle. I stuggled to put it on him since he was already scared. Very poor staffing and products available. Never again will I go to a Clinic at Petco. Had I know it was some pop up clinic I would have cancelled."
"I could not believe how dirty this place is from the floors to the restrooms. Poop dried on the toilet looks like it has been there a while, no way to dry your hands as the paper towel dispenser was missing. This manager should be ashamed. This place was simply disgusting and I would never return there. This place should be exposed by the news and health department"
"It was easy process and my dog was given the treatment I expected at the cost I was given. The staff was good with explaining the process and allowing me to ask any questions."
"I was a bit frustrated. I made an appointment for 5:55 and ended up waiting over an hour for my dog to get his shot. He has hip issues and struggled every time he had to get up off the slippery floors to move forward. The girls were nice though"
