"I received horrible service from this firm. I had to wait more than a month for a response on questions I would have, I was given the wrong advice on multiple occasions and I was even provided the wrong address for my court appearance which made me late. On several occasions Stephen told me what I wanted to hear, instead of the truth. I do not know if he did this because it was the easy route or he just didn't know the answer, but mis-communications ended up costing my family and I more time and money in the long run.
