"If you’re looking for somewhere to work, stay clear of this place. I interviewed last Friday 2/23/24, was hired on the spot and told to expect to start training on 3/2/24 if it was approved by the owner. I of course take a job offer very seriously and made arrangements to start training if it in fact it was approved. I received a message yesterday afternoon 2/28/24 and called back this morning first thing when they opened, I was told that since I didn’t answer yesterday(while I was working) that they figured I didn’t want the job and will have to continue their search. They didn’t even give me one business day to return the call but yet I was expected and happy to be on stand by to start training. By hiring me on the spot, it cost me other job opportunities that I had interviewed for and declined the position. It’s a mess, it’s unorganized and unprofessional. As far as the business side goes, I don’t know, but I personally choose to give my business to people who treat others kindly. That speaks volumes about the integrity of the person or people conducting business for you! Choose wisely. The owner is dishonest and mean. Make sure you read all the other bad reviews. Don’t just take my word for it. I would recommend Arizona Paralegal Services, Inc."

"I scheduled an appointment for a will , power of attorneys etc. The appointment at the 7400 N Oracle suite229 was confirmed by e mail from “The Staff at state wide paralegal” . The date was 2/11/2022 and a confirmation via an e mail was required. I confirmed the appointment twice via reply to the e mail. My wife and I arrived at the scheduled 10:00 am to an empty locked office. We waited until 10:15 and decided to call the number on the e mail. A lady answered and told me “they had no appointment for me.” I read the e mail to the person and asked to check. I was then told that my appointment was on Broadway downtown not where their e mail stated. I was told I would need to re-schedule or do my interview over the phone????? I lost a full day due to the incompetence of their scheduling. I would not recommend this business."
