"Not good unless you have all day to do simple banking tastes….I am forced to use this branch as it is the only one within 30 miles for me…..corporate reduced hours to 6 per day, 5 days a week, understaffed and EVERY time I go, customers lined up to the door with, if you’re lucky, 2 tellers working. I waited an hour to see a banker just to close out a safe box. Not the employees fault, they are courteous,professional, and always apologetic about the waiting. I try to avoid this branch as much asI can, very inconvenient"

"They have long lines and only one teller. This happens every monday. Wells Fargo Merril Ranch. They tell stories and waste time when people are waiting. Its not the story telling its the fact that they only have 1 window open when there is 10 people in line. Is Wells Fargo running skeliton crews to save the bottom line???"

"Christina is absolutely fabulous. She helped turn a crazy day around for me and my daughters. We arrived late for our appointment to set up teen accounts today thanks to the construction on Hunt Highway. She was so nice and let me know that my appointment wasn't until the next day but that she'd do her best to squeeze us in, knowing we'd been through the ringer to get there. She was able to get us set up and out the door and was so friendly and interactive the whole time. I don't know what she gets paid but I can tell you it is not enough for the positive she brings to that bank. Everyone else was also very kind and understanding, I just wasn't able to catch their names. We won't go anywhere else to bank!"
