"John (Jonathan) Maneger has the WORST attitude I have ever Witnessed and literally takes your account personally and will literally Argue with you if you call in just to let him know you’ll be Late , his side Kick Venus (manager) will call you after Jonathan has upset you and act all sweet but as soon as your down to a couple of payments her true colors come out she’s a very Rude individual and has trouble explaining things that she literally get paid Daily to explain ! I’m Literally down to my last couple of payments and they treat me as if I stole the car and won’t bring it back lol if you can get a loan from somewhere else I’d advise you to , you can be a day late and they will turn your car off as if your 3 months late not caring at all about what you have to do . A honestly would not give them 1 star ⭐️ at all but we have to . This place should be out of business they think they are gods gift to the world and clearly hate there jobs because of the Nasty attitudes they show to customers DAILY weekly monthly and Yearly ! Christian on the other hand is a Angel the reason I’d give them 1 Star he doesn’t deserve to have to go to work dealing with these very unhappy Managers Jonathan and Venus are the worst"

"I've had my car for 4 years and basically never missed a payment until I had a job transition and they act as though I'm the one with short-term memory loss. John the manager in Mesa is blessed that he has not been hurt. You can't treat people as though they don't exist. He overtalks people and he obviously never looks at the reviews there's a reason there's a 1.6 rating. It should be zero."

"Watch Credit Acceptance is engaging in deceptive acts or practices in violation of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 by misrepresenting key loan terms, including the true principal, finance charge, and APR. The don’t provide you a statement or payment history of the account so you not see all their misconduct!!! Walk away . My a current customer who trying to refinance my loan and term."

"The male Manager , is rude as hell and doesn't know how to talk to people with respect. He loves to argue then hangs up on you as if you're not going to call him back. Also, he loves threatening you if you miss a payment or two he has no compassion and I would never go threw this company ever again"

"They are rude as heck. The car was totalled and they know my insurance is paying it off. They still want us to make a car payment until then. They won't even work with you threatening your credit. I don't recommend this company at all"
