"Had an issue with our heat pump not throwing out enough heat. Always had Yuma technicians out to the house, but saw Society's AC and Heat on Facebook with good reviews and recommendations. This issue was never fully rectified before, so we needed a change and are we glad we did. He was able to come the same day within a few hours and diagnosed our problem; after a thorough inspection. He even looked at our ductwork underneath the house. We knew that our unit was old and tired. Phil gave us options. He was going to repair and convert our unit, but we asked him for prices on a new install. No pressure at all; just good, sound, experienced advice. We opted with a new install, rather then throw money at an old unit. Phil ordered it from Phoenix right then and there and was installing it within the week. Installation day came and he and his wife Crystal got at it. They schlepped the new one off of the trailer and replaced it with the oldie and got er done!. They went the extra mile too. Checked all of our ductwork beneath the house and repaired it, changed out the thermostat and the breakers! They even raked the stones back - who does that? Very professional, knowledgeable, personable and reasonably priced. This guys knows his stuff! He backs everything he does with a personal guarantee. We cannot say enough good, but in closing - we have found a new HVAC company and he is local too! Thanks Crystal and Phil. You guys are the bomb!"
