"If I could give 10 stars I would. Amy and Foster were amazing. I called on a Saturday and they had someone at my door within a few hours. Unfortunately they needed to order a part from the manufacturer. Amy went over and beyond following the tracking and had Foster back out to my house the moment the part delivered! "You Want The Best" Stop Here" I know, it's always hard to have a company show up" especially in Havasu" I contacted 5 different AC companies here in Havasu" OMG.. I left messages and spoke to most of them, they all said, ya I'll show up" NOT... Sunshine Air Conditioning, was the only company who answered there phone and set an appointment and showed up" Incredible, Right LOL.. The service and results" were 2nd to none.. Stop dialing the phone" You found the BEST" incredible service and results. "We recently had Sunshine Air, Marc, at our home on Wednesday morning during the heatwave in 117 degree weather. He arrived at 8:15 am the day after our appointment was made. He provided us an accurate diagnosis and a quote that was acceptable. He had the parts in his truck and replaced the motor, capacitor and added fluids. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants great and friendly service."
"I cannot say enough good about the service from Sunshine. I called a few other local companies and got a runaround and some just sounded like it was a huge inconvenience that I had a broken Mini split that I needed repaired!! Sunshine answered their phone, made an appt, told me the techs name, time they would be here and sure enough it happened as they said it would (he was actually early but called to let me know). The tech (Foster) was professional, clean and explained everything he was doing clearly. I really appreciate the service I got from start to finish from Sunshine. I have used other companies in Havasu in the past and they have had poor attitudes or were unprofessional. Thank you again for making the process easy. It's never easy dealing with a broken ac in the middle of summer and they made it painless to have it repaired."
