"If I could give them 0 stars I would. So the one star is for the friendly people at the branch, because that is the SINGLE good thing that i can say for them. Only put your money here if you never need to have access to it. Fraud department supervisors do not speak English, call for EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION, and then return payment and shut down your card with no reissue. Sound crazy?! If only it were just my account."

"The rudest and most unprofessional people; Very argumentative, very unprofessional. We literally just tried to get basic information on our account and was treated very disrespectful. So much for giving a new credit union business."

"TruWest was there for me in a personal pinch. The McCormick branch always has a professional, personable staff ready to assist you in what ever way needed. I ran into a banking situation, of my own cause, and they explained what I did incorrectly and just made it a learning lesson for me instead of fining me. I've also had problems with my TruWest cell app (due to upgrading my cell ph.) and twice they patiently corrected it through their Tech Dept. Not once have I felt devalued in my relationship with them. They also recently pointed out I am qualified for a higher account with them with a number of freebies attached. Loved that since I had been paying for my money orders. Though I have not had any errors happen on their part to me, errors happen due to human fault or tech fault. I would prefer to give the benefit of the doubt to them, at any time, due to their treatment of me. Thank you TruWest for YOUR kindness and understanding as individuals and as a Credit Union."

They are always friendly and easy to work with. Had an issue with fraud on one of the household accts. (yes now we have multiple accounts with them,) and they took care of it in a heartbeat!
