"Bank employees are not at all helpful or friendly. The bank refused to release my daughter's money after holding it for many, many days. Even though they were told the cashiers check already cleared. They didn't care that our power, phones, internet, garbage and water bills were at risk of being shut of while we waited for them to release funds. They are heartless and their rules left a 3 year old with out diapers, without wipes and with out access to his favorite show, Ms. RACHEL. The bank could have released part of the funds early but they don't care about others at all."

"this used to be a great bank (no pun intended) until they hired a new manager. recently after having fraudulent charges to my account I closed my account and opened a new one. after finally recieving my debit card I found out the manager emptied my new account, and after contacting his supervisor the money magically appeared in my old account which is closed and can't be accessed, and they cancelled my new account! It is really sad when the people who are supposed to protect your money are the ones responsible for stealing it! I highly advise anyone considering opening a bank account here to reconsider since 2 out of the 3 local branches have gone out of business, and with the thief they hired to manage this one, it won't be thier much longer!"
