But when the receiver virtually abolished our hoa against the court order he. told us he could not represent us to get receiver to follow stipulations because it would be conflict of interest ???????????"

"As if things in the country are not bad enough already I called them to see if they dealt with landlord tenant issues because of a situation between myself the property owner and property manager of the place that I currently and still pay for it. When asking If they dealt with that kind of stuff and those type of cases the lady that answered the phone stated “yes we do but we are heavily on the landlord side not the tenants”. It’s crazy to see that instead of doing the right thing and helping people in a situation that they are unfortunately in no matter whose side it is on instead of upholding the law to either side that it should be held up to the obviously play favorites!"
