"Great pet care.. My dogs NEVER complain.,, All employees Love my furry babies and their tender care shows."
"Had an aggressive cat so I asked for a sedation and a quick sanitary trim. I just wanted his butt shaved. They gave him a lion cut and now my other cats think he's new and my cat is having trouble adjusting. I'll have to be extra specific next time. They gave him a lion cut cause he had "oily spots" I don't mind that they pointed them out but I wish they would've asked before completely shaving him. Just make sure you are extra specific with orders. They did a good job and took care of him but I just wish next time they asked for permission before giving him a lion cut."
"My dog was bit in the head by a rattlesnake and she was dying on me. I rushed her over to Banfield and the staff didn't hesitate to take her in and help her. My dog was out and alive in that same day. Shoutout to the manager Luz, if she didnt take my dog in, she wouldnt be here with me today, definitely will be coming back for any of my animal care."
"Horrible. My cat had dental surgery and ended up with a bladder blockage. I had to put him down 3 days later. They have not called to check on him or what happened. F this place. Zero stars. And I forgot to mention- when I took him to the emergency room cuz they were of no help, they told me it's possible he was given too much anesthesia during his surgery. Luckily for them I can't prove it or they would be shut down tomorrow."
"Normally you folks are great as long as I am willing to do drop off appointment this being said I have not had to bring my dog in when sick. VCS had recommended I have him checked out by his vet with in 12 hours. When I called they wanted me to drop him off the following day and kept interrupting me when I raised concerns ..I finally to agree to see him...and it feels like we were punished for it. We were there all day. Which would not have been bad but they finally gave me my dog at four o'clock but we had to wait another 1hr and 15 for the vet to talk to me.during the time they ha let me have my dog and seeing the vet I had let the receptionist know my blood sugar was going up to dangerous level and I needed to leave in order to take an injection.and still they made me wait by the time I left my blood sugar was at 480... I needed help... started to feel like we were being held hostage. I just wanted to pay and go. And now they want us back today...I am terrified of a repeat.and why can't we get an actual appointment instead of drop off"
