"This is a wonderful practice and they take such good care of my girl. She unfortunately has a lot of health issues and spends more time here than I'd like, but the staff is always so kind and easy to work with. Dr. Sandate has been treating her for awhile and she is wonderful and explains everything that is going on. My cat behaves horribly here but they are always understanding. I truly appreciate the entire team for their assistance and patience :)"

Dr. Sandate goes above and beyond, I'm talking hands and knees on the floor with a flash light checking my dog because she gets nervous on the table. They always answer all my questions and concerns. At a different vet office my dogs leg was injured from her being improperly picked up, so I'm very picky now about her care. Catalina Pet has been nothing but amazing. My dog runs in and is happy to be there because of how great they are."

"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOU PET TO LIVE. I found a lump in my dog's throat and watched it. Get bigger, took her to this hospital, Got approved for 500 in care credit. They did a sample and blood work. Which was over $400. I waited days and days later with no call back. I called them and they told me to come pick up medicine. Mind you, there was still money left on the care credit account. The antibiotics I was told was going to take care of the lump. I paid 87 cash. They told me that I could not allow the balance on my care credit card unless the bill was $200 and this is new bill. Which is game number one. So, after nine days of recycling that medication, another lump has formed on her family and the original lump has gotten harder and relocated and bigger. I went today and they told me that it would be another 400 to $5 to run the same test. Give her new antibiotics because there's one working and give her a steroid. Which they should have done the first time. So not only can I use the balance. But they want more from me for something that they told me would fix my dog.. If you want your dog well, you must have millions of dollars or do not take them here. They don't care about nothing but the money. And they'll keep bringing you back bringing you back. They hung up on you. They'll hang up on you. They don't care unless you're a person with no color."
