"I scheduled an appointment with Wag My Tail to have my German Shepherd groomed, but they required proof of rabies vaccination. Unfortunately, I had misplaced my certification during my move to Tucson. That's when I noticed Plaza Pet Clinic, a small clinic conveniently located in the same complex. I decided to step inside and was greeted by a friendly little cat roaming around. Despite being a new patient, they managed to accommodate me that very day. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and how well they handled my dog. She's not accustomed to interacting with people, but she took to the new staff effortlessly. The rabies shot was administered without any discomfort, and she even received a treat of baby food, which she now adores and insists on. So, baby food has become a part of our treat routine. The office visit was reasonably priced, and the vaccine cost was fair. I'll definitely be recommending Plaza Pet Clinic to my friends, family, and colleagues. A big thank you to Dr. Cambell and her fantastic staff!"

"My friend and I have only been taking our cats here for about the last year, and found them through a family referral. It was just after we had lost one of our pets due in no small part to lapses in the quality and responsiveness of previous corporate-owned vets. So, we are always worried trying some place new. They have been consistently absolutely wonderful to work with. Very responsive to phone calls, and they check messages on the weekends. Dr. Ann and her staff are very clearly in this line of work because of a very deep love of critters. Some folks have commented that they don't believe the folks at Plaza are "professional." I disagree. They are professional, competent, and act like humans. They treat the people and pets that come in like living souls, not casefiles and numbers. They are kind and take the time to get to know the families who bring their fur kids in for visits. And they are very kind and understanding when working with the pets themselves. A couple of our cats absolutely hate vets and have always been super stressed and/or wanting to hide when they've had appointments elsewhere. They absolutely love Dr. Ann and her crew. I wish more vet offices were like this."

"Do NOT bring your pet here! Bottom line is they are ignorant and unprofessional at best! So many issues happened today. They gave my dog chicken baby food... He's extremely allergic to it! It was written on his new client form. When I said something and was visibly upset, I was told a few things... 1. That i didn't give them any paperwork (It's literally on their form they have you fill out when you arrive and I had given it directly to the nurse) 2. It was blamed on the receptionist being late and not having it in the computer. (Pretty sure they wouldn't have read that either and she's not the one treating the animals.) 3. When I mentioned it's the most common dog allergy, the doctor responded with... Yes, but the number of dogs that come through with an allergy is so few that they don't worry about it (why risk it or why not ask first? Also why baby food? Can they not afford dog treats) A few other notes... They wanted to go to a topical steroid for an ear issue that's already being treated and is coming along well... as I told them. Then they charge $40 for the vet to look at a slide of his ear wax. I already said no to medication, I already said it was being handled, it was completely unnecessary."
