"Dr Briones is an excellent doctor. She is compassionate and professional. My family has had her as our Dr for 5 years. I will stay with Dr Briones because she gives us the best care. I have gone to different doctors and I feel as if they can't find what's wrong or it has been a waste of a visit, not at Dr Briones. She definitely has helped every member of my family. I highly recommend her as a family doctor. Sally, her medical assistant/manager is awesome! She works hard and makes sure you have everything you need to help in your care. She definitely goes above and beyond!"

"Dr. Briones has been my Family Doctor for over 16 years. She has changed my life in many ways. She is not afraid of telling you that you have to change your way of living if you want to be around for another 20 years. Well liked by her peers and local hospitals. She has always referred the best specialty Doctors that fit my personality and needs. Her PAs seem to come and go, but only due to the fact that she teaches them how to treat different types of patients and then they go on their way to bigger and better facilities that they were not ready for before they worked for her. Her staff are always caring and willing to go out of their way to help with difficult situation. Such as setting up prescription, calling them in for you, reminding you about changes in health care companies, side affects, etc.. Sally, her main nurse is the best. Even when your not feeling your best, you always feel better and positive that you were diagnosed properly before you leave. "I have been going to Dr Briones for over 8 years now! She truly cares about her patients! Her PA Heather is also very caring! Both are easy to talk to and listen to what you have to say. It is a very rare occasion that I have ever had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes."

"I was referred to this doctors office and was disappointed with the primary Susan Briones. In first met she speaks to you like a child and don't read nothing written down in medical history. Waiting everytime is ridiculous art least 30 if more I just reschedule. Dr Heather is amazing she gets things done listens and at least play like she cares what you going through. Getting information from this office is an D on the grading scale I waited a week for blood results and when called to get it because they didn't bother calling I was hung up on a total of the times, the fourth time I called I didn't get no results because they were not done reviewing even the nurse assistance states they take a long time to compute results. Week later finally got results everything was fine but states vitamin D is low and to get over the counter vitamin not how much I should take percentage nothing. It's ridiculous."

Heather and Dr. Briones are both extremely kind and caring. They have never rushed me,have always remembered what we talked about last app and have always spent just a few minutes asking about how life is going and making sure things are good.
