"Dr. Anaise provided a well written and evidence based IMO after providing him with the information and evidence required for support of OSA secondary to Tinnitus. I was initially denied by the VA even with the IMO. Dr. Anaise then represented me as a lawyer. His appeal brief and additional IMO from Dr. Benham helped reverse the VA's decision and I was awarded service connection within a few months. Then, the VA made an error with the effective date, that negatively affected back pay, and Dr. Anaise then appealed that on my behalf and eventually I was awarded the earlier, correct effective date. I'm extremely happy to have had Dr. Anaise and Dr. Benham supporting my claim. They made the whole process very easy and always responded to questions within a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend working with them if you have the chance."
"Following the VA's denial of my compensation rating request for sleep apnea, I enlisted the services of the Law Offices of David Anaise MD JD. Their crucial role in crafting an exceptional Nexus letter, complemented by a VA Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) completed by a pulmonologist (which aligned with and supported the nexus letter), resulted in an exceptionally favorable rating for sleep apnea. Throughout the entire process, both David Anaise and Dr. Sharon Benham consistently and promptly addressed all my inquiries. Notably, they questioned my decision to pursue a compensation rating, given my existing 100% VA rating, warning of potential VA scrutiny that could lead to a downgrade. This underscored their genuine concern for my well-being over financial considerations, highlighting their commitment to addressing any negative consequences of seeking a VA rating when already rated at 100%. The Law Offices of David Anaise house a team of highly professional individuals who provide excellent service to veterans seeking a VA rating for sleep apnea."
"Terrible human being. The slam dunk cases he takes I am sure are happy with him not realizing they could have done it themselves most likely. David was slow and rude to respond, didn't even do a proper review of case and told me there was nothing to do. Angie Menard took the case and got results in less than a year. David could have done it as well if he had taken the time to."
"Let me start off by saying that if you're reading this review, you're doing just as I did and looking for a credible source to help you with your VA disability claim. If you're considering Drs. Anaise & Benham, you've found an excellent choice and competent representatives. They were phenomenal to work with throughout my entire process. I had questions (a lot of them), just as you may. All of my emails were responded to both professionally and timely. The claims process can be daunting so I recommend you do your research and be willing to put in some leg work. After all, this is your claim and livelihood at stake. These two professionals provide top notch service and I could not have been more pleased to hire them. I'm confident you will be pleased too!"
"So I have been fighting my VA claim for ~6 yrs. I have worked in veteran services, and have a fairly good grasp of doing it. However with a new kiddo, my time to fight my own fight was dangerously low. I reached out to David for a case evaluation and hopefully to setup him as my rep to move forward (current rating at 60% with multiple DROs in work, as well as a couple supplemental claims, all in all there is a road map to 100% with back pay back 6+ yrs). David first took over 2 weeks to get back to me from my initial submission through his site. I had reached out to what I assume is an assistant/PL he has that finally got him to get back to me. When he did, he didn't setup time to talk to me, or talk through what was going on. His reply, "all the claims MUST be supported by documents from service records care within 3 years of discharge" which ignored any lay statements, or any IMO work I had already setup, as well as causal relationships from experts. He basically wanted to just have to file paperwork and take his 7% instead of actually putting in any work. Went with Menard Disability, they are at least US Vets who seem to actually pause and read/talk through things. On my cancer case my lawyer said it was one of the most egregious denials she had seen. Do your homework and stay away from David Anaise."
