"From the very beginning there was a lack of communication. I would have to bug them for weeks to get any updates about my case, as most of the time they wouldn’t even answer or would send an email saying they were out of town. After a year of consistently having to be on their case about keeping me updated I closed my case. Information about my case was given out to a family member of mine. Which caused great issues for me in my personal life. They apologized and said there would be “disciplinary action”. This cause me to be left basically homeless.
