"We scheduled a service at 10am the next morning. No one came. We called the guy and he said that he was finishing another job and would come right after. He didn't come that day and we got a call later that night with some excuse, and we were told we could reschedule the following morning and get a discounted price. He didn’t come the next morning. We called again about 3 hours later, and he said he would be here in 30 minutes. He ended up coming 2 hours later and said he didn’t have the parts for and was not capable of doing the job. I hope no one has to deal with such terrible service. The entire experience was very unprofessional and a complete waste of everyone's time."
