"Extremely poor business practice. Once they have your credit card number they will charge it at their discretion. I paid them on a prior repair. They kept the number. I requested them to come out and repair the unit again. They charged the card with no authorization at all. I never authorized them to keep my cc on file. They didn't attempt to call me prior to making the repairs and throwing everything they could on the card. They didn't call me after they made the repairs. Sent an invoice via email. I had to call them with intent to pay. At that time they informed me they took the liberty to charge my card without ANY authorization from me. When I challenged the charges they were extremely negative. Avoid doing business with this firm."

"We are traveling in our RV and of course our LG Mini-Split A/C (on our brand new RV) went out after normal hours while in Kanab Utah with temps in the 100’s. Melissa was terrific when we called. She was sympathetic to our plight, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. We ended up needing them to come out twice and each time they were prompt, thorough, and very considerate of our situation and in their care for our roving home. Nate and Cody never took a break. On the roof, in the basement, thoroughly going through each step to isolate and fix our issues. Thank you Desert Air Heating and Cooling!!!"

"Very dishonest & unkind people. We were quoted $260.00 for two hours of service for a family member who is a single mother. The technician was there for less than an hour & couldn’t even give a direct answer if freon was leaking or not. We were concerned for our family member’s safety & really wanted some peace of mind. When we inquired as to why we were being charged so much for such a short amount of time, the owner & office manager were very unprofessional & threatening. Highly recommend doing business with more honest, kind, & knowledgeable folks."

"I highly recommend Desert Air for your heating and cooling needs. I bought my condo with a 20 year old heat pump that stopped in the summer. Nate put a patch in so it would work until I could buy a new one. I had him install the new one and he installed a larger one than the one that was originally here since it wasn't big enough for this condo. He did a great job with the installation, was here on the day and time he had promised. He also installed 2 additional vents in rooms that needed them and a great wifi thermostat. I have had bad experiences with the other air conditioning person in our town and am so glad that Nate works in our area. Honest, professional and a very nice guy. What more could you want."
